职责描述：
1.Responsible pre-sales and after-sales technical promotion work
负责域售前/售后技术支持工作；
2.Solve customer’s technical problems and complaints ly
解决区域内客户技术及产品投诉问题；
3.Conduct Customer training for products application
负责客户产品知识及产品应用培训，学术会议组织及执行；
4.Collect market information and provide product analysis from a technical perspective
收集市场信息并进行产品比对分析；
5.Visit client regularly and feedback customers information the local sales
定期拜访客户,将客户信息反馈给当地销售；
6.Instruments installation and maintain
仪器安装及维护。

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in Clinical Diagnostics or life science discipline or equivalent
本科及以上学历，医学检验及生命科学相关专业
2.Good communications ability
良好的沟通能力
3.Minimum 2 years working experience, preferable in technical support for medical or biotechnological area.
2年以上医疗和生物技术领域技术支持工作经验
4.Excellent team work spirit, adapted to travel
具备的团队合作精神，适应出差
5.Good command of speaking and writing in English
