主要职责Duties & Responsibilities1. 招生Admissions •确保学校的公众形象与家长和学生的需求保持一致，体现学校的核心价值与教育理念。Ensure that the school’s public image is aligned with the needs and expectations of parents and students, while reflecting the school’s core values and educational philosophy.•完成年度招生目标，积极推动招生计划的实施。Achieve annual enrollment targets and actively support the implementation of recruitment strategies.•参与各类招生宣传活动，维护并拓展合作伙伴关系，提升学校品牌影响力。Participate in admission and promotional events, maintain and expand relationships with key partners, and enhance the school’s brand presence.•保持准确的入学数据，定期跟踪、分析当年及往年入学趋势，为招生策略提供数据支持。Maintain accurate enrollment data, track and analyze current and historical trends, and provide data insights to support admissions planning.2. 市场Marketing •负责对学校的品牌和对外形象维护Take responsibility for the branding and the outward image of the School •保持与媒体的广泛联络，包括但不限于:学校的网页，外部媒体，学校杂志，年鉴，新媒体Celebrate news of the school activities locally, regionally and internationally in a wide range of targeted media, including but not limited to the school web pages School magazines yearbooks the press •参与整理高质量的公开文件，以支持学生的入学和招生Prepare a range of quality, public documents to support enrolment and recruitment of student. 3. 交流Communications •参与、倾听并回应家长的意见，在问题出现之前就发现问题，并提出解决方案Engage, listen and respond to the parent body, picking up on issues before they arise and putting forward plans to deal with them. •参与策划全校范围内的庆祝活动和官方访问；Take part in the planning of all School wide events celebrations and official visits.任职要求Skills and Experience Required•相关专业本科及以上学历Bachelor's degree and above.•具有5年以上的招生和市场营销部门/机构的工作经验。With above 5 years’ experience in Admissions & Marketing Department/ Agency in an education related industry within a school context.•卓越的沟通和人际关系技巧。Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills. •较强的家校沟通能力。Strong parents-school communication skills•熟悉数字营销和社交媒体。Familiar with digital marketing and social media •具有良好的英文沟通能力和服务意识Fluent in English and good service skills•可根据工作需要接受出差安排。Willing to travel as required for work assignments.
