Job Responsibilities工作职责:
 1.Analyze and solve the technical problems of the production line.
 2.Training the new technician and the operator.
 3.Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target.
 4.Establish and maintain production planning and control.
 5.Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools.
 6.Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed.
 7.Improves continuously manufacturing performance and minimize lead time.

Qualification岗位要求:
1.Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical.
 2.Fluent English.
 3.Minimum 3 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in continuous automatic assembly line.
 4.Knowledge on production line control, and especially familiar with the production process of high temperature furnace is preferred.
 5.Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred.
 6.Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process.
 7.Good capability of relationship.
 8.Motivated and team spirit.
 9.Able to assume risks.
 10.Able to manage hard situations.
