任职资格：1.大专及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程、测控技术与仪器等相关专业。2.熟悉减速机（如齿轮箱、行星、蜗轮蜗杆等）的结构与传动原理。3.能独立操作试验设备，熟悉数据采集与分析软件（如LabVIEW、Origin等），能读懂机械图纸，熟练使用办公软件。具备较强的动手能力、故障排查能力、 逻辑分析能力，做事严谨细致，对数据敏感，具有良好的文档编写习惯。4.工作责任心强，具备良好的团队协作精神，有一定抗压能力可应对紧急测试任务。 5.具有2年以上机械传动类产品型式试验经验者优先，可以试验执行、 标准对标、设备运维、 数据分析、样品管理等。
