职位描述:1.熟悉负责行业(锂电、物流、机床、机场、港机、纺机、药机、包装、食品等)的情况和市场环境,拟订并落实销售计划,达成销售目标。2.完成所负责行业的销售业绩和销售任务。3.建立、维护负责行业的客户关系,进行商务谈判,提供解决方案,对潜在客户进行定期跟踪,定期提交销售进度报告。4.根据公司的销售策略及政策开展各类销售活动,以及完成新项目的开发。5.与客户保持密切联系,加强客户忠诚度挖掘新的销售机会。6.开发新客户并建立可持续发展的客户关系。7.配合相关部门做好市场开发和产品推广工作。8.严格遵守公司制定的各项规章制度。9.上级领导交待的其他工作。Position De****ion: 1.Gain in-depth understanding of the assigned industry landscape (Lithium battery、logistic、machine tool、airport、harbour machine、textile machine etc.)and market dynamics to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve targets.2.Achieve the sales performance and targets for the responsible industry.3.Establish and maintain customer relationships in the responsible industry, lead negotiations, provide solutions, regularly follow-ups with potential customers and submit sales progress reports.4.Drive sales initiatives and new project development in full compliance with corporate sales strategies and policies.5.Maintain close customer relationships to foster loyalty and identify new sales opportunities.6.Develop new business partnerships and foster long-term customer relationships.7.Cooperate with relevant departments to develop market and promote products.8.Strictly adhere to all company policies and regulations.9.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.工作要求:1. 自动化技术本科以上学历 (电气相关)。2. 丰富的自动化控制行业知识。3. 丰富的行业销售经验。4. 全球客户经验。5. 有较强开发新客户的能力。6. 抗压性强。7. 适应频繁出差。8. 基础英语能力。Job requirements:1.Bachelor's degree or above in automation technology (related to electrical engineering).2.Rich knowledge of the automation control industry.3.Rich industry sales experience.4.Global customer experience.5.Strong business development of new customer.6.Resilient performer in high-pressure environments.7.Willing and able to travel extensively for business.8.Basic English proficiency.
