Reporting to:Warehouse/Internal Logistics ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes. Each day, you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China.You will be mainly accountable for: ● Assist PM to communicate with customers, such as special packaging technical requirements, shipping marks, packing list and transportation plans, etc. Respond to customer questions. ● **** technologies of packing and shipping in the bidding phase. ● Booking and loading management: timely arrange cargo booking according to the results and shipping plan that communicated with customers. Control shipping cost. Manage packing plan and loading plan ● Prepare PL for export declaration and prepare shipping documents and certificates. ● Sales order and warranty period materials export shipment management ● Settlement and management of shipping and loading costs.
