- 需求分析,完成功能设计
- 完成技术设计
- 按照技术设计进行程序代码设计和编码
- 撰写单元测试计划并执行测试
- 执行系统测试计划，解决缺陷
- 在规定时间内完成工作任务
- 作为项目组长向项目经理做汇报


任职要求：
工作要求/Required profile:
- 统招本科及以上学历,计算机科学/软件工程相关专业
- 熟悉需求分析与技术设计
- 熟悉J2ee
- 熟悉Struts/Hibernate/Spring
- 熟悉DB2/Oracle数据库和SQL
- 精通HTML/JavaScript/Ajax
- 了解会计系统
- 理解测试方法和工具
- 3年以上Java编程经验及使用Eclipse的经验
