职责描述：
工作职责/Job Description:
- 实施营销战略与解决方案，提升企业经营业绩
- 计划并监控管理销售业绩，达成销售目标
- 挖掘并响应客户潜在需求，维护良好客户关系
- 为客户提供产品与服务的相关建议，帮助客户达成业绩目标
- 技术及商业谈判，促进双方就销售合同达成一致
- 完成预定服务指标，涉及交付、查询、投诉、售后服务。与客户保持联络，监控每位销售人员以及整体的客户满意度，必要时提供适当的补救措施
- 维护管理已接收销售建议书的客户，及时了解并解决客户需求和问题，以达成销售合同的最终签署

任职要求：
- 本科以上学历或同等级以上专业资格证书
- 金融支付解决方案相关领域资深经验
- 3－5年以上销售经历背景
- 高度职业化，能妥善协调处理内外部关系
- 责任心强，适应能力强，具备相关领域的行业认证
- 良好的人际交往和团队管理技巧
- 良好管理能力的业务能力
- 能够准确把握客户需求，维护良好客户关系
- 善于处理工作压力及危机
