1. Bachelor degree in some form of engineering required
2. 5 Yrs minimum experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Able to skillfully read blueprints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
3. Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens CNC system
4. Familiar with Auto CAD and UG
5. Familiar with machining tooling design and machining process, such as machining center, surface grinder, special grinder
6. Able to develop standard and specialized processes and tooling used in manufacturing production
7. Able to understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and controls
8. Familiar with the creation and modification of PFMEA, Control Plan, PFD, & WI
9. Able to use 6 sigma tool/Lean knowledge to solve problems
10. Able to lead related team member (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing)
11. Good personal communication skill
12. Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English
13. Self-motivated, strong responsibilities
14. Result-oriented and able to work under high pressure
15. Ball screw machining experience is preferred
16. Vehicle industry is preferred
