投资分析师岗位职责
1、维护并开发高净值客户，为客户提供全面财富管理服务，实现客户资产保值、增值；
2、解读证券及行业资讯，提供投资建议，满足客户的个性化投资需求；
3、证券行情与市场信息分析，宏观、策略、行业研究，撰写相关分析研究报告；
4、举办高端投资策略报告会，为客户进行专业知识普及。
5、培训投资顾问，促进投顾队伍发展；
6、研究并推广证券行业创新业务。
工作地点：唐山、石家庄

投资分析师任职资格：
1、经济或金融专业，重点大学（985，211）全日制本科以上学历，硕士研究生可优先聘用；
2、具备证券投资咨询资格，咨询经验满三年优先考虑；
3、有较强的行业分析和研究能力，能够敏锐地把握证券市场中的趋势和热点，能够独立撰写分析研究报告；对各类证券信息及研究成果能很好的理解转化以服务于客户和销售团队；
4、具备高超的演讲和营销推广能力、较好的书写能力、较强的独立学习研究能力及客户沟通能力；
5、正直、有责任心、积极上进、有良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，能承受工作压力；
