生产计划主管组织建立和完善生产指挥系统，编制生产计划，检查生产工作，落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、成本指标等，确保生产任务的完成
1、根据销售订单及生产状况编制生产计划，并经批准后下达制造部门实施；
2、根据生产进度及时对生产计划进行调整并进行监控，保证计划完成率；
3、参与制定新产品的开发计划，合理安排试制生产计划；
4、销售、技术、生产、供应等环节的协调；
5、参与合同评审工作；

生产计划主管任职资格：
1、机械设计、制造或其他相关专业，专科或以上学历；
2、具有5年以上大型生产制造行业，从事3年生产计划与产品制造管理工作经验；
3、熟悉汽车行业生产制造工序流程及所在行业的生产状况；
4、具备较强的协调、沟通能力，处事从容果断，具备良好的组织及协调能力；
5、具备较强的逻辑思维能力、执行能力；
6、熟练office等办公软件的使用。
