Your role:In conjunction with operational teams and in response to feedback, the CS Knowledge Specialist(Social Content) works to ensure that all infomation is available to the Customer Support team in the right format at the right time in the designated language. To consistently deliver our knowledge in various formats including text FAQ, graphic images or even videos to ensure the p****s understand them correctly and easily. To consistently look for opportunities to improve the experience of both internal and external customers by sharing feedback and recommendations with the relevant contacts. What you will do•Translate and replace the subtitle and curate the video accordingly from English source gameplay video.•Graphic image making based on requirements.•Manage public knowledge on Social channels and collect valuable feedback.•Translate / localize knowledge articles based on the assigned Game titles and Categories, within the given timeline and quality standard.•Develop deep understandings of Ubisoft products and CS process so as to better support our agents and teams.•Work as the member of Continuous Improvement Team CN for better P**** Experience guarantee.•Other tasks assigned by the leader.What you should be equipped with•2 or 4 years and above working experience on videogames or customer service.•Experienced in translating from English to Chinese and vice versa.•Good command of English in both speaking and writing.•Good understanding of social media activity, WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube•Video/Graphic editor(be familiar with PS, PR or ****native tools…)•Be mindful and pay attention to details.•Good team spirit and mindset of collaboration.•Be able to work independently with the tasks assigned and self-motivated.Your bonus points•Interest and passion for videogames and work to have fun
