Job De****ion•Support equipment, hardware and applications qualifications/trouble shooting during installation•Support equipment warranty and post warranty support at customers' sites•Manage customers relationships and escalations•Promote Unity service options and CIPs supporting sales•Customer training tool upgrade lead meeting for technical discussion hold weekly or monthly customer meeting etc.•Account management & tools situation updatePrerequisites:•Good attitude in working and good team-work ability•Some experience in maintaining and supporting semiconductor equipment preferred•Willingness to travel•Languages (both written and spoken): Chinese and English
