职位描述
Position Purpose:大客户经理将负责公司战略客户管理及开发,销售公司的产品和解决方案,完成年度销售目标。维护良好客户关系并加深客户合作,推进公司战略销售策略实施以实现业务及利润增长,主动发掘潜在业务机会,并协调各部门完成项目实施。Primary Responsibilities: 制定大客户管理策略,完成销售指标,价格管理,DSO指标等,不限于业务开拓,商务关系维护,客户覆盖计划等了解Videojet的价值主张和客户需求,以及影响价值的业务杠杆,建立并维护客户关系,能有效构建双向信任,影响客户关键业务决策人,运用出色的商务谈判技巧,积极促成集团客户的年度框架协议/价格协议/重点项目,形成良好长期客户合作关系并保持业务增长。使用漏斗管理、价值销售等工具提升销售效率和有效性,协调跨部门合作,善于利用公司内外部资源推进重点项目落地,扩大投入产出比。和内部区域销售/服务团队紧密合作,推进集团客户在区域内的项目顺利执行及实施。准备并参加部门月度,季度,年度业务回顾。Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:本科或以上学历,机械自动化或电器自动化,市场营销相关专业至少8年以上工业销售或市场开拓经验,有大客户管理经验优先。较强的市场敏锐度,逻辑思考力及客户关系开发及维护能力较强的沟通能力及商务谈判能力,能适应快节奏及多任务交叉工作环境较强的跨部门合作能力能够使用基础的Office办公软件及基础英语口语能力
