Job de****ion:Support service parts supply chain throughout material lifecycle to hit part availability level target and pipeline inventory turnover targetDemand forecasting based on multiple points ( global view and country view) ,country seasonality & productsDecide safety stocking level based on different scenario, including new buy, al****, rebalance & E&OManage supplier shortages to ensure all shipment schedule will come in time to meet the materials planManage recovery ****s and expectations with peer groups, especially with countries peer groups to collect customer feedback and requirementResolve any issues related with Shipment, Invoices, MD update within the agreed SLABe EOSL lifecycle focal point to deal with all issues during the period and turn off supply to customer without any issueWork with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activitiesCandidate qualifications:Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations/Engineering/Computer Science/Math/StatisticAt least 1 years’ experience in planning & purchasing roleExcellent English skills in speaking, listening and writingExcellent affinity for data analysis Good communication skills and be able to understand complex issuesAble to deliver operational results and ability to drive issues to closure Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning and working with parts suppliersGood computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plusPrevious experience in MNC is preferred二、要求1.英语口语作为工作语言2.理工科背景(物理、化学、生物、工业工程,系统工程,数学专业,供应链等专业),数学一定要好(概率论,统计论等)或者业务理解逻辑清晰;不是这些专业的话物流也可以但是要懂数学模型会预测3.供应链计划知识,需求预测因素4.数据分析能力,SQL python不限制,SQL会表链接增删改查操作,python要求会清晰操作
