What you will do • Manage employee relationship files and answer employee HR-related questions, including social and health insurance, housing fund, Shanghai resident policies etc. • Manage internal personnel systems to ensure the process compliant and transparent. • Establish daily communication channels with employees and provide suggestions for optimizing organizational structure. • Identify training needs for teams and individuals and ****uate training programs.• Provide suggestions for optimizing the Employee Manual. • Improve employee happiness index in the company.Your skills and experience • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and full understanding of all HR functions and best practices. • A good team p**** with reasonable pressure resistance ability.• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.• Enthusiastic about blockchain or technology will be a plus.
