Responsibilities:工作职责：1.Solution BD(Gamma) will be responsible for Radiometric measuring business development in targeted Industries. The individual is expected to be an expert in related solutions.解决方案业务拓展经理（Gamma）将会负责放射线测量在目标行业的业务拓展，并目标成为相关解决方案的专家。2.Sales Orientation.销售导向。3.Make and implement the solution business development planning for industry focused to capture industry trends and complete company established sales target(SSK Oriented).制定和实施行业相关的解决方案业务发展计划，以捕捉行业趋势和完成公司制定的销售目标(SSK维度)。4.Integrate resources and build good customer relationship, make the win strategy and promote solution to targeted industries/customers. 整合资源并建立良好的客户关系，制定赢标策略，并向目标行业/客户推广解决方案。5.Managing pipeline(incl. Win/Lost Analysis) and make a reasonable rolling forecast for solution.管理解决方案业务的项目pipeline（包括赢失分析），并做合理的滚动式预测。6.Identify the qualified opportunities. Make the competitive proposals collaborated with acquisition support team.识别有效的业务机会，并与售前支持团队合作，制作有竞争力的方案。7.Synergy with sales for project pursuit.与销售合作，追踪赢取项目。8.Team working with PC, Corporate Solution，sales/solution/marketing and related department in SC China.与生产厂、集团Solution和中国销售中心的销售部/解决方案部/市场部等相关部门，紧密合作。9.Complete other jobs assigned by higher level manager.完成上级经理交待的其它工作Requirement:工作要求：1.Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, instrumentation, electrical, or others related to Radiometric measuring. 本科以上学历，自动化、仪表、电气，或放射线测量相关专业2.Minimum 5 years’working experience. Minimum 2 years’project sales experience in related area or O&G/Chemical is preferred.5年以上工作经验，有至少2年相关领域或油气化工行业的项目销售经验者优先3.Strong structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up.具备条理性的系统化分析能力：剖析现状，提出措施，实施与跟进4.Good communication，presentation and self-learning skills.良好的沟通、演讲和自学能力5.Customer and result oriented.有责任心，积极主动的工作态度6.Passion for challenge and enjoy promoting business.热爱挑战，享受推动业务7.Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.流利的英语听说读写能力优先8.Be adaptable to frequent business trips.能适应频繁的出差
