一、课程建设 Curriculum Development1.课程规划与设计 Curriculum Plan & Design（1）制定教学计划：教师需依据学校的教学目标和课程标准，规划学期、单元及课时教学计划，确保教学顺序与节奏可达成教学目标。（2）课程设计：针对不同年龄段设计适合学生认知能力和习惯的课程，运用多样化、符合学习科学的教学方法与资源，促进学生对于学科概念和方法的深度理解和应用。课程设计同时需注重跨学科学习和双语学习体验。 （3）课程创新与优化：结合课程实施的实际情况和教育行业的前沿实践，不断优化课程内容，持续迭代开发与教育理念相契合的课程。(1) Planning: Teachers are required to plan semester, unit, and lesson plans based on the Mingwan School's goals and curriculum standards to ensure that the sequence and pace of instruction achieves the goals of the class.(2) Curriculum design: The curriculum is designed to fit the cognitive abilities and habits of students of different age groups, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources that are consistent with the science of learning, and promoting students' deep understanding and application of subject matter concepts and methods.
