· Power and control electronic circuit design for medium voltage drive（MVD）:signal measurement and protection circuit, EMC filter design IGBT gate driver,control circuit.,etc.· Power component ****ion (SCR,IGBT included),main circuit design of MVD, the snubber circuit,power, component loss calculation.,etc. in order to bring power electronics competency to R&D.· Study the IEC and UL standards, translate the technical requirements of the standards into product design, and promote the MVD to meet the European and American market certification.· Simulating new power electronics function.· Develop MVD verification checklist, create verification specification, and routing requirements。· Assessing costs and performances to determine which project ideas will provide the most value.· Aiding in the testing and verification of design changes.· Contribute on design rules creation on design team.· Bringing his strong competency and knowledge to enhance power electronics design quality. This includes contributing on deeply technical research, mentoring young engineer, solving design issue.· Master or higher degree with major in electronics or related subjects.· Experience on analog/digital circuit, power circuit, MCU system, CPLD, FPGA, ARM, DSP algorithm development will be a plus.· Enthusiasm for power electronics and product development · Experience with high-voltage semiconductors (such as IGBT, Thyristor, Mosfet) is mandatory.· Creative and proactive self-starter with a pronounced ability to work independently as well as in a team· Above 8 Years of experience in related field preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.· Good command of communication skills, able to cooperate and coordinate with other people.· Fluency in both written and spoken English.
