Key objectives

Learning Manager will be responsible for leadership program design and delivery, support to build leadership concept and culture at Home Credit.

Duties and responsibilities

1.Facilitates high-volume People Development Program.
2.To be responsible for training needs analysis, course design and sourcing, course delivery, evaluation and tracking.
3.Implements pre and post course solutions to maximize transfer of classroom training to the workplace.
4.Determine how course content should be delivered through appropriate instruction procedures/methods (e.g., classroom instruction, e-learning, self-study programs)
5.A strong business orientation with experiencing translating business strategy into practical learning solutions that support the goals of the business.
6.As required, research and determine the most effective vendors to meet our needs. Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with external vendors.
7.Drives the 70/20/10 methodology, providing sound advice as consultants to business managers and other stakeholders.
8.Other assigned project by line manager.


Requirements

1.At least 5-10 years as facilitator/designer in international environment, excellent facilitation skill in leadership workshops
2. Good Communication & Networking skill with stakeholders.
3.Fluent Written & Spoken English & Mandarin, good at presentation in English and mandarin Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under pressure
4.Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
5.Bachelor Degree at least, Master is preferable
