1.Ensure the selected packaging line quality liability
2.make proper preventive maintenance plan for responsible equipment/system in mechanic side to meet production plan
3.write the feasible SOP to guide the staff to work in right way
4.keep the correct equipment daily operation and maintenance record for future improve the maintenace quality
5.supervise the workers/vendor repair activities to ensure the maintenance quality
6.ensure the spare parts good quality to reduce the repeat work
3. Service to Customers15%
1.set up the emergency maintenance plan and fast response to reduce the equipment failure time
2.work with production staff to ensure the equipment work well and meet production target
4. Cost-Productivity20%
1.make the proper spare part stoage plan -mininum and effeciency to keep the operation cost low
2.study and find solution on equipment/system improvement to reduce the operation cost
5. People15%
Train and supervise the workers /vendoe in safe and efficient way as SOP to meet valspar stanadrd
work with other internal and extenal engineers to share the experience to improve the maintenace
team player
6. Others10%
work on the improvement project to meet the target

学历、技术要求、工作经验"学历：本科学历 ,包装机械 技术要求：丰富的包装机维修工作经验，特别是进口液体（油漆）灌装机。对气动液压系统精通。了解PLC或电气自动化，动手能力强。可独自解决机械故障。可读懂英文资料，可与国外设备厂家技术沟通，解决技术问题。了解化工厂维修安全规程,熟悉运用MS office
工作经验：5年以上相关企业维修工作经验优先。
可出差。
