职责描述：
1)Collecting Shipping documents Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L from our vendors.
2)Pushing vendors to send the shipping info accurate, complete on a timely manger
3)Summarize and update ISF input status for North America and Suzhou Office Supply Chain team.
4)Sending alerts to North America and Suzhou Office Supply Chain team if vendors will miss the ISF input deadline time to ensure we comply with US customs requirements
5)Filing Shipping Documents
6)Direct Import customers invoice processing under customer’s requirement or in their system
7)Carton Marks processing( new making, confirmation with our vendors.)
8)Artwork Collecting and filing ( IB, rating label, product ID,GB etc.)
9)Issue Sample POs to vendors
10)Key vendors sample delivery record and shipping documents filing
11)Daily order handling processing with vendors

Education, Working Experience & Skills
1)College/University degree is required,
2)CET-4 or CET-6 is necessary
3)Fluent in listening, reading, writing in English
4) 2 years working experience in a factory or trading company
5) Good communication skills, enthusiasm and diligence in working with various group of people
6) Skillful in using Microsoft Office software
7) Suzhou local residents have priorities
