工作职责1.负责校区的日常运营和管理，保持中心良好的工作环境和氛围；2.负责完成总部制定的团队月度、季度，年度指标达成；3.负责中心课程顾问，对潜在客户进行开发、销售预约及销售管理，以实现周期及月度销售目标；4.与学术部配合管理中心教师团队，完成教学计划，提升教学质量及客户满意度；5.确保校区人员足额，控制离职率。同时通过培训，指导以及培养中心员工，为公司发展不断提供优秀人才；6.符合杨梅红品牌的价值观的背景下，为客户和中心员工营造一个公平互助的环境。任职资格1.大学本科及以上学历，市场营销/管理类专业优先；2.5年以上工作经验，其中1年以上销售及市场营销工作经验者优先；3.沟通能力好，具备良好的抗压能力，有责任感；4.能熟练的电脑操作，excel，word等软件。
