职责描述：1、负责学员的美术教学工作；2、跟家长沟通，提升家长满意度，配合课程顾问完成学员招新；3、完成教室、校区装置的设计和装饰；4、参加校区对外美术交流活动。任职要求：1、全日制本科及以上学历，美术相关专业；2、有1年及以上创意美术教学经验，素质教育行业优先考虑，优秀应届毕业生亦可；3、手绘功底扎实，熟悉各大美术流派，具备丰富的美术专业知识储备；4、了解儿童绘画心理学；5、普通话标准，沟通力佳，具备时尚气质；6、热爱教育行业，认可素质教育理念；7、简历中请附带2-5幅个人作品图片。
