岗位职责：1.全面负责学校的教学管理和学生管理工作，协助集团完成年度招生任务，开发生源市场；2.服从和配合集团的统一安排和管理，随时并及时的报告学校发展情况；3.建立健全和完善的学校规章制度，组织制定与实施学校发展规划和学期工作计划；4.统一安排学校工作，负责学校的组织管理和行政决策；5.审批部门工作计划，主持召开行政会议，校务会议等；6.组织教育教学研究，推动教学改革，提高教育质量；7.制定和实施学校的经费预算，审核各项费用、人员工资支出，具有成本控制意识；8.负责学校教职工管理和团队建设，根据权限确定学校组织机构设置、人员聘任、调配、考核、奖惩等工作，能识别、培养、使用人才；9.塑造学校形象，做好对外宣传工作，协调好学校的对外关系；10.对学校的财产安全、师生人身安全负责。
