Individual ContributorPosition Summary:Take Lead to work on market research, consolidation work to build up detailed analysis as well as understanding market needs and values that market is looking. Taking direction from Division Sales & Marketing Director to work on researching new technology that we are lacking and present the competitive landscape to allow us to meet the business growth ****ives. Develop marketing initiatives and plans and work closely with the sales and business development team to implement. Support business development team to collect market intelligence for product development and strategic positioning. Scope/Supervision and Inter****:-Report to division Sales & Marketing Director. Cross–functional collaboration, support & work with R&D, PLM and AE team to capture key technical parameters regarding new technologies, applications and markets. -Providing specification insights to feed into these requirements. Likewise working with sales team, distributors and marketing communication vendors to best represent us most effectively for the region. -Manage digital campaign, web operations, analytics, search, channel and content marketing, social media, events and a variety of creative services. Provide their hit rate and measuring method of advertisement effectiveness. Job Responsibility:-Co-ordinate PR & digital activities in conjunction with external Marketing consultants, Parker Corporate staff and Group Marketing to expand Chomerics profile.-Identify opportunities and content creation for technical articles and news releases.-Identify, plan and organize all trade events including creating (or coordinating) graphics, marketing materials and design of the exhibition stands in line with the Parker global image specification. Working with the Business Units, product line managers, and internal staff to produce samples and applications to display. Arranging all logistics including dinners, conference facilities and hotel bookings. Creating email campaigns, digital promotions, website banners and HTML signature to promote the show. Ordering of promotional items. Create and manage lead tracking report to provide to sales the managers and ensuring all leads are followed up in a timely manner. Creating and working within a Budget.-Maintain and update all CDA product literature and coordinate the translations on Parker or digital campaigns.-Support sales managers at tech days and seminars with presentations, promotional products, samples and literature (where applicable).-Work closely with Global Marketing to provide regional input to facilitate global support.-Liaise with Group Marketing and Corporate Communications on all aspects of marketing to ensure joint activities tomaximize the impact of new product releases and raise awareness of Chomerics within the organization.-Organize all aspects of Regional Product Launches and ensure products are suitably promoted to Distribution and regional customers.-Create and monitor digital campaigns via Eloqua as applicable, to promote new products, services or to convey other significant messages to the regional Market places in a controlled fashion. -Manage creative development and implementation of all Division Branding. Ensure all internal and external materials maintain a consistent look and ensure corporate guidelines are strictly followed.-Support Regional Distributors with marketing materials and guidelines to comply with Parker standards.-Be the gate keeper of “information accuracy’ when it comes to publication and distribution of marketing materials and images for CDA.-Assist in the planning of regional events and sales meetings-Work out online promotion strategy, **** appropriate channels for digital marketing promotion. -Support business development team to collect market intelligence to aid in sound product development and commercialization.-Stimulates continuous improvement thinking and coordinates activities across teams and support functions to drive continuous improvement sustained results. Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree, major in Marketing or related is preferable.-Minimum 4 years of related working experience in Global electronics or specialty material company.-Engineering **** would be an advantage but not mandatory.-Graphic design experience would be beneficial, but not mandatory -High passion, initiative, self-motivated, naturally curious, positive personality, result driven oriented.-Ability to multi-task and work with various challenges, deal with a variety of situations in a dynamic environment.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Excellent organization skills and highly organized, be able to prioritize and get job done -Excellent English language skill is a must due to the multinational nature of the business. -Willingness to travel within country and region
