职位描述
Position Summary:Lead and manage material planning according to customer order, demand forecast, suppliers capacity flexibility and risk management and track purchase order status to ensure on time delivery from supplier while controlling the inventory at optimal level.Scope/Supervision and Inter****:Works under the general supervision of Material Leader. With inter**** with various departments including: Sales, Production, Material planner, Quality, Accounting, P/E, ISR and Warehouse etc.Job Responsibility:Material planning (45%)1.Perform the material requirement plan according to the demand plan. Optimize material supply planning base on requirement.2.Work on the material forecast for critical parts.3.Follow up the material inventory strategy and manage the inventory level at the reasonable level as well as to support the best customer delivery.4.Optimize inventory structure per PFEP suggestion and deal with aging stock.Purchasing execution (50%)1.Place the purchase order of direct materials parts, non-inventory parts(MRO and some accessories).2.Monitor and track purchase order status to ensure on time delivery from supplier and ensure to be received by warehouse. 3.Coordinate with team for any expedites, shortages and adjust the supply plan when the demand plan changed.4.****uate the supplier performance and take the supplier management activity.5.Pay attention to potential supply risks, avoid material shortages, and lead emergency response when shortages are expected to occur.6.Participate in new projects, connect with other teams, **** the material plan of new projects, and identify, coordinate and warn of risks in a timely manner. 7.Be able to put forward feasible suggestions and measures for the projects and tasks that the supply chain team is responsible for and be able to use lean tools to complete flexibility and efficiency improvement.Others (5%)1.Check and submit the supplier invoice.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree or above.- Oral and writing English is needed. -5-8 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.-Familiar with procurement management and logistics management.-Familiar with ERP system, Kanban and Pull system.-Good command of computer skill.-Familiar with office software, include excel, word, PPT.-Able to deal with complicated work under pressure.-Risk sensitive.
