岗位目标/Purpose of the positionThe Advanced Procurement Engineer represents the Strategic Purchasing department in development projects. He/she is - in cooperation with other functions - responsible for ****ing, involving and developing suppliers in order to ensure the availability of materials/ products /services, to fulfill technological and quality requirements while reducing the development/ production costs. Furthermore, he/she is responsible for the implementation of the commodity strategies in the projects and driving initiatives to further develop suppliers and reduce costs.主要任务/Main tasksNew Product Introduction Process - Act as a core member in new product introduction teams and build technical liaison between Research & Development or cross functional team and suppliers to ensure the achievement of product release targets - Create and maintain the project procurement plan and Purchasing Readiness Review process, ensure project deliverables are met as per project plan - Contribute and coordinate in product development make and buy decisions (own design, co-design and original design manufacture (ODM)) by using value chain analysis tools and leveraging on market research - Develop and maintain project sourcing matrix to drive supplier ****ion through coordination with cross functional stakeholders and global Commodity Managers - Drive early supplier involvement throughout the project - Act as champion to implement DFx Design for manufacture/ Design for test (DFM/DFT) process and use it as the tool to ensure quality target for Buy parts is achieved at the production ramp up - Monitor product cost of goods sold (COGS), drive joint efforts with cross function team (CFT) and suppliers to implement cost - Perform supplier risk assessment for new product introduction program develop and implement risk mitigation plan Cost reduction initiatives and process enhancement - Achieve the agreed procurement product target cost and realization timeline, translate product target into purchasing component targets, set up and lead the **** plan within Strategic Purchasing (SP) - Perform as project lead to develop and implement commodity consolation initiatives by working with partners and internal cross functional team - Seek for cost improvement opportunities related to new technologies, redesign and ****native suppliersSupplier management/ development for responsible commodities - Perform supplier prioritization for approved suppliers according to the performance of suppliers - Develop key suppliers for continuous key performance indicator (KPI) performance (quality and delivery) improvement - Determine strategy (supplier roadmap) and make agreements with suppliers for targeted development - Develop and sustain supplier relationship management and integration of new suppliers - Prepare and perform business reviews with suppliers - Drive cost reduction initiative on both material group level and supplier level - Support and actively participate supplier quality improvements program Reporting, documentation and processes - Generate supplier reports (include but not limited to weekly delivery performance, monthly key suppliers monitoring, negotiation calendar) - Maintain supplier documentation according to global processes and tools - Implement SP operational processes (SAP, Agile Workflow, First Article Inspection (FAI), Approved Vendor List (AVL)) Others - Coordinate purchasing operational works on time delivery (OTD) report, contract status, Agile Workflow tracking & drawing distribution, strategic ****uation and improvement of suppliers (SEIS) plan and status checking, Approved Vendor List (AVL) maintenance, etc.) - Draft purchasing procedures - Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations - Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
