Support Engineering Pilot and Pre-Production runs, collecting and analyzing data to validate process capability.•优化生产布局和工艺流程，工时成本测算，工艺设备与工具选型，标准作业文件编制，参数制定与优化，文件发放和员工培训。Key responsibilities include optimizing production layout and process flow, calculating labor hour costs, ****ing process equipment and tooling, developing standard operating procedures, establishing and refining process parameters, and managing work instruction release and operator training. 生产问题解决 Production Problem-Solving• 及时响应和诊断产线各类停线故障，提供产品&设备相关技术支持，沟通协调相关部门同事，尊重交货时间。Swiftly responds to and diagnoses production line downtime incidents, providing expert technical support for products and equipment. Qualified Skills, Knowledge and Experiences 要求的技能、知识及经验Qualifications/Educational ****教育背景: •大专及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程或相关专业。 College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Experience/Professional ****经验背景： •应届毕业生或拥有至少1-2年在制造环境中的实习或工作经验。Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of internship or work experience in a manufacturing environment. •有参与团队项目或解决技术问题的实践的经验优先。Experience in team projects or technical problem-solving is preferred. Skills and knowledge 技能和知识要求： •熟练掌握 AutoCAD和 MS Office 软件。Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.•良好的数据分析和解决问题的能力，对统计工具有基本了解。Good data analysis and problem-solving skills, with a basic understanding of statistical tools.•了解质量管理体系和工具者优先。Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and tools is preferred.•具备精益生产或六西格码知识者优先。Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is preferred.
