岗位职责：-建立健全公司财务管控体系，统筹负责公司的财务管理和财务风险预控等工作；-制定公司财务计划、财务预算以及成本管控等政策制度，有效监督检查公司财务制度、预算的执行情况，日常的会计核算；-负责定期提交财务分析报告，提出系统和结构化的财务数据偏差分析，为公司的经营和管理决策提供实质性的参考依据和具体合理化建议；-负责资金运作管理工作，筹集公司运营所需资金，协助决策层编制、审定每项融资计划和方案，并组织督导实施到位；-掌握国家、地方财政税务相关法规及税收优惠政策，负责协调与税务、银行、审计、投资公司等机构的公共关系，对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，组织完成年度审计工作及年检事宜；任职要求：-统招本科及以上学历，财务、金融类相关专业，中级会计师以上职称，其中不少于5年及以上制造企业财务管理经验；-具有丰富的财务管理、成本管控、资金筹划、融资及资本运作经验；-具有良好的职业操守和职业道德，较强的工作热情和事业心；-工作细致、严谨，并具有一定的战略前瞻性思维，能严守公司保密制度；-具备高度的责任心、职业精神及团队领导能力；-具有较强的判断和决策能力、逻辑分析能力、人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力。本岗位工作地点（子公司龙岗和总部宝安各工作半个月）：深圳市龙岗区坪地街道高桥社区教育北路49号麻沙旭达高新产业园1栋601深圳蘅添达信息技术有限公司（近地铁3号线白石塘站）深圳市宝安区留仙三路2号鸿辉科技园4栋5楼蘅东光通讯技术（深圳）股份有限公司(近地铁5号线兴东站)面试地点：深圳市宝安区留仙三路2号鸿辉科技园4栋5楼蘅东光通讯技术（深圳）股份有限公司
