职位描述:负责光学器件与光纤耦合产品的开发，该职位要求具备较强的光学工程背景，能够独立完成光学耦合类产品的选型，设计与开发主要职责:-光学耦合设计与开发；1、负责光学元件与光纤的耦合技术设计与优化；2、开发与实施新技术改进现有光耦合方案；3、参与进行耦合器件的性能测试与分析；4、设计实验，搭建专业实验平台，进行数据分析，进行产品优化改进；5、相关产品开发生命周期管理，确保产品开发在整个生命周期内达到目标；-跨部门合作；1、与研发团队合作，支持新产品的开发和导入。任职要求:-光学工程、物理、精密仪器、电子工程或相关领域的本科及以上学历，至少3年以上光学器件与光纤耦合或相关制程开发经验；-熟悉光纤通信原理、光学元件的工作原理及耦合技术；-熟悉光学设计仿真软件；-熟练使用光学测试仪器（如光功率计、光谱分析仪、干涉仪等）；-具备精密对准和耦合技术的经验，掌握自动化设备优先；-良好的问题解决能力，能够独立分析并优化产品设计；-具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；-有硅光耦合技术经验者优先。
