岗位职责1、负责非标自动化设备的电气设计工作，包括电气原理图绘制、PLC程序编写、HMI界面设计、机器人应用程序编写等；2、依据设备需求，进行电气元件选型，制定电气控制系统方案，确保系统稳定、可靠运行；3、参与设备的安装、调试与现场技术支持，及时解决电气方面的问题，保障设备按时交付使用；4、协同机械工程师、工艺工程师等团队成员，共同完成非标自动化设备的整体开发，从电气角度提供技术建议与优化方案；5、编写设备电气操作手册、维护手册等技术文档，为设备后期维护与操作提供指导。任职要求1、本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、自动化等相关专业；2、5年以上自动化设备电气设计与开发经验，有丰富的项目实践案例；3、熟练掌握主流PLC编程软件（如西门子、三菱、欧姆龙、汇川等），具备独立完成复杂程序编写的能力；4、熟悉主流机器人的应用开发（包括主流的工业机器人及协作机器人等），具备独立完成较复杂应用的开发能力；5、精通电气原理图绘制，熟悉EPLAN、AutoCAD Electrical等电气设计软件；6、熟悉各类传感器、驱动器、电机等电气元件的选型、应用与调试，能够根据设备需求进行合理配置；7、具备良好的问题解决能力和现场调试动手经验，能够迅速定位并解决电气故障；8、工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够承受一定工作压力。
