Job Responsibilities1. Be responsible for consulting services related to the global promotion of procurement systems, provide professional digital consulting solutions for customers based on their procurement business scenarios and industry best practices, and support the achievement of core goals of the global procurement system promotion project.2. Deeply connect with stakeholders at all levels of Party A, identify business pain points, sort out business processes, accurately interpret customer needs, and convert business needs into implementable consulting suggestions and project directions.3. Cooperate with PM to provide consulting support throughout the project life cycle, participate in plan formulation and risk analysis, provide professional solutions for business-level problems in project promotion, and ensure that consulting results meet the standards of both Party A and Party B.4. Cooperate with the sales team in pre-sales support, participate in demand research, solution writing, demonstration explanation and business negotiation assistance, help customers make decisions, and improve the project closing rate.5. Lead cross-departmental collaboration, coordinate internal technical, product and other resources, promote the implementation of consulting solutions, track the effect of solution implementation, and optimize the consulting service process.6. Pay attention to global industry trends and cutting-edge technologies and trends in the digital consulting field, accumulate consulting experience, output industry consulting cases and best practices, and improve the overall consulting ability of the team.Job Requirements1. More than 8 years of work experience in乙方 digital consulting, with overseas consulting project experience experience in consulting for procurement system promotion projects is preferred.2. Proficient in digital consulting methodologies, familiar with digital transformation processes in various industries, and have strong business analysis, solution design and implementation capabilities.3. Possess strong Chinese and English communication, **** and negotiation skills, be able to skillfully connect with customers in various regions around the world, accurately convey consulting value, and efficiently resolve differences in communication.4.
