职位描述
Responsibilities-Cooperate with distributor to develop new customer and business. Not only take charge of technical portion but also commercial portion to win this business in whole process. Grow the customers to kind of level. -Support Sales to design products in R&D for existing key customers if needed-Take charge of design in activity in the R&D center which can generate the revenue across the regions.-Participate and present products solution in the technical seminars, get the leads for design in opportunity through this activity. -Systematically manage all design in activity and update the progress to Manager periodically. Requirements:-BS in Electronic Engineering or equivalent-Minimum 5 year experiences relating to Field Application Engineering for passive components. Experience for capacitor products is preferred. -Experience for Sales, Marketing or Hardware R&D is a plus.. - Good presentation skill, strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.-Outgoing personality and effective interpersonal skills-Self-motivated, Self-study, Results-driven.
