岗位职责：-从模具设计角度对产品零部件设计的制造可行性（和经济性进行评估，提出优化建议； -根据零部件设计，评估模具设计方案、细化模具成本和零件成本，为采购谈判提供数据及分析支持。-负责与模具制造商进行对接，审核其模具制造方案，包括不限于模流仿真分析和DFM分析；监控模具设计、制造、试模、品质、交付和验收的全过程，并协助处理过程中出现的问题。-审核零件FAI，CPK，提出模具设变与注塑的改善建议；协助模具与注塑品质出现的异常进行原因分析，以指导相关方进行改善。-负责量产模、复制模的导入、过程监控和文件交接等事宜，并协助解决过程中出现的相关问题。-协助产品/项目经理对重点项目、事项制定计划，跟进和追踪关键节点，对于可能出现的问题或风险及时管理和预警，并协助解决相关问题。-部门领导安排的其他工作事项。任职资格：-专科及以上学历，机械设计、模具设计与成型等相关专业，英语良好，5年以上连接器行业的相关模具设计与开发的工作经验；-精通塑胶模具，硅胶模具，双色模具以及常规五金类模具的结构设计、加工制造工艺标准，能够根据不同规划量匹配模具开发-熟练使用3D等设计软件。-具有良好的结构化思维， 优秀的沟通表达与跨部门协调能力。
