工作内容：我们正在寻找一位产品开发工程师，负责汽车塑胶零部件产品项目开发工作。主要职责包括：·对接客户产品开发团队，参与新产品导入和可行性评审。·制定项目计划时间表，确定关键节点，监控管理进度，确保按期完成里程碑节点。·统筹产品工装夹具，检辅具的方案确认，跟进加工进度，推动验收工作。·主导样品试制交样以及项目阶段复盘总结，负责推动项目问题及时关闭。·组织生产、品质等相关部门召开生产前会议，进行产品技术转化和各工艺辅助物料确认，执行小批量试产作业。·推动项目转交工程结案。 职位要求：·本科及以上学历，机械、汽车制造相关专业优先。·1年以上产品项目开发工作经验。·英文听说读写熟练。·熟练使用office办公软件，project软件。·熟悉模具，注塑，喷涂，电镀等工艺优先。·熟悉项目开发工具，熟悉APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、FMEA的原理。
