岗位职责：·对集团及各子公司的规章制度等文件提出法律审核意见，参与评审公司风险控制与合规的管理制度、流程、文件。·负责集团及子公司各部门相关法律文件的适用识别，及时更新完善并指导落实。·对集团及各子公司经济技术合同文本通用条款的审查、修订提出法律意见。·参与公司各类技术、经济合同及协议的评审、谈判、签订，并检查合同的履行情况。·参与对员工违法、违纪、违反公司管理制度和损害公司利益的案件的调查，并提供法律意见。·为劳动争议纠纷、审核处理、修订劳动合同及相关规章制度等提供法律意见。·对集团及各子公司在经营管理活动中的法律风险，提出预警法律意见。任职要求：·本科及以上学历。·2年以上法务/律师相关工作经验。·具备技术类、经济类合同评审经验。·具备劳动争议纠纷处理经验。·具备英语口语与书写沟通能力。
