工作内容：我们正在寻找一位具有电子零件管理专业知识的人才，负责完善公司电子零件管理流程，以及对电子零件供应商实施管理工作。主要职责包括：·负责电子零件供应商体系审核与开发工作的策划，并完善相关公司流程文件及制度。·负责建立并保持电子零件供应商审核与管理体系评价准则。·参与新电子零件供应商的评定，对供应商进行现场审核，并对改善对策进行确认。·负责制定电子零件供应商年度审核计划，并主导审核计划的实施。·负责跟进电子零件供应商审核问题点的分析与改善，验证改善效果直至问题关闭，并将审核结果报告反馈给采购部。·负责对电子零件供应商提出的4M变更进行跟踪确认。·负责电子零件供应商质量体系的开发，必要时对供应商提供培训与指导。·负责外购电子零部品的内部认证，初始电子零部品的评估放行，以及PPAP的承认，确定来料检验标准。·参与新导入电子零件的品质异常分析与改善。职位要求：· 本科及以上学历。· 5年以上电子零部件SQE相关工作经验。· 英语可作为工作语言。· 擅长发现问题、分析问题和改善问题。
