工作内容：我们正在寻找一位半固态注射成型金属/高分子材料成型工艺的助理工程师，了解半固态成型技术原理，熟悉金属（如Al、Mg合金）或高分子材料的流变特性。主要职责包括：·负责区域内CNC加工中心的日常运营与管理，协助生产计划制定、执行与监控，确保生产任务的准时交付和高质量完成。·精通CNC加工技术，能够指导团队解决复杂加工难题，优化加工路径和参数，提升加工效率和产品精度。·提升部门各班组的生产效率负责区域6S工作的实施与检查，以及对安全的预防。·监督CNC机床的日常维护、保养及故障排查，确保设备处于最佳运行状态，提高设备利用率和安全性。·对区域内品质异常的跟踪处理,与各部门关于品质问题的沟通协调工作。·负责日常生产运营和新设备导入计划。·负责工装、夹具、刃具、量具、工位器具等设计和创新运用。·负责持续改进制造工艺，提高生产效率和产品质量。职位要求：· 大专以上学历优先，技术/经验特别丰富者可放宽学历要求；· 三年以上半固态注射成型工作经验或五年以上压铸经验；· 熟练使用UG、MasterCAM、PowerMill等编程软件中的一种或多种，懂汽车零部件夹具设计、刀具设计；· 有华孚/春秋(精深)集团半固态成型工作经验者优先；
