职责描述：岗位定位：负责部门体系建设及体系优化，标准制度和流程的沉淀及体系化；协调其他部门保证工程项目按计划推进；部门日常工作的组织协调等。工作职责：1. 负责工程建设的IMS体系搭建以及平台维护，收集项目的优秀案例、经验教训完善体系管理要求；2. 从工程量维度，负责对全球 “7+1” 区域内的在建项目进展情况进行跟踪与管理（周度、月度、年度）；3. 负责项目的支持工作，后台支持平台的维护等，具体鹦鹉螺系统（Nautilus system）的持续优化，并跟进其开发管理工作，涵盖平台开发及系统间对接；4. 负责部门的日常工作组织，统筹总部工程建设职能系统性工作总结（部门级、公司级、集团级），为决策制定与效率提升提供支持；5. 负责工程建设职能的沟通机制管理工作，涵盖流程、机制的搭建与维护。任职要求：1. 具有较强的沟通、协调和推动力，善于和销售、项目现场等跨团队沟通；2. 熟练使用工程管理方面的软件；3. 熟练的英文听说读写能力；4. 熟悉风电EPC项目的开发和建设流程，或熟悉风电项目的定额情况和工程概算方法优先考虑。
