Purpose of FunctionThe FM Supervisor oversees daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. Responsibilities include managing FM staff, coordinating repairs, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and managing vendor relationships. This role requires certain organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role will act as a key liaison between departments, manage FM resources, and maintain efficient workflows. He/She is part of local facility management team.职位目标:设施管理主管负责监督日常设施运营,确保安全、高效且合规的工作环境。职责包括管理设施管理员工、协调维修、实施预防性维护计划以及管理供应商关系。该职位要求具备一定的组织能力、注重细节,并能够在快节奏的环境中处理多项任务。该职位将作为各部门之间的关键联络人,管理设施管理资源,并维护高效的工作流程。他/她是当地设施管理团队的一员。Tasks and Responsibilities- Team management on FM staff KPI review, ****uation, development. 团队管理包括下属员工绩效评估及发展。- Responsible for plant facility reliability, implement preventive maintenance plans for building construction / electrical / security protection / HVAC / plumbing / special equipment facilities. 负责工厂设施设备的可靠性,对厂房建筑,电气,安防,暖通,给排水设施及特种设备实施 预防及纠正性维护。- Ensuring all facilities meet compliance with laws and regulations, ensure the safety of maintenance activities. 确保设施设备的运行合规,确保维修执行的安全。- Responsible for the routine inspection of relevant facilities and equipment, timely fix the urgent facility issues (e.g., power outages, rainwater leaks). 负责相关设施设备的日常检查,及时解决设施紧急故障(如停电,雨水渗漏等)。- Create spare parts strategy for the relevant facilities and equipment, manage spare parts stock. 制定相关设施设备的备品备件策略,管理备件库存。- Implement energy-saving initiatives (electricity & water conservation), reduce the CO2 emission through utilization of green energy. 实施各项节能措施(水电节约),通过绿色能源的引入降低碳排放。- Conduct FM project management, oversee the FM renovation, re**** or new built project from feasibility study to project set up to implement to acceptance, to ensure the whole process comply with EHS regulation, quality, time and budget requirement as well as related regulations. 主导设施项目管理,监督设施改造,搬迁或新建项目 从可行性论证到实施到验收整个过程 符合安全,质量,时间及预算管理要求或规定。- Responsible for FM service vendor management, including contract or agreement renewal, performance ****uation, cost monitoring and budget plan. 负责设施维保供应商管理,包括合同或协议更新,绩效评估,成本监控及预算计划。 - Support and involve Risk Engineering Audit by Corporate Insurance to apply codes and standards. 支持和参与公司保险部门要求的工程风险审计,以满足相关规范和标准要求。Position Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)- Minimum 5 years working experience of FM management in multi-national industrial manufacturing plant- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office - Knowledge of building codes and sustainability practices- Cooperate and communicate - advanced level- Act reliable – advance level- Drive results - advanced level - Pay attention to detail - advanced level- Care about the customer - advanced level- Learn and develop – advanced level
