Identifying UX/UI requirements and ensuring a consistent, systemic UX/UI across the entire portfolio of these products, functions and services.1.Creation of complex, systemic UX/UI design solutions under own responsibility based on user needs and requirements as well as UX research results and product requirements during the concept phase and product development phase for SDMI projects•Design and prototyping of concepts for user interfaces as well as inter**** concepts in consultation with UX Researcher/UE/ID, PMs, engineers and users (clinical staff)•Iterative refinement of the designs based on feedback•Comparison with requirements and features of other products in the overall portfolio (standardization)2.Preparation of specifications/documentation of graphical, haptic and audiovisual user interfaces for SDMI projects•Deliver product-specific UX/UI specifications/documentations•Implementation of a standardized UX/UI design language in accordance with internal standards (UX/UI Design Manual) and compliance with external norms (HFE75, IEC 60601-1-8, etc…)•Application and coordination of cross-product design standards to ensure a consistent UX in order to strengthen the Dräger brand•Support and quality assurance of UX/UI design implementation as part of software- & hardware development3.Competence and responsibility within project teams in the areas of conception, design and development of UX/UI Design•Advice on planning and process for UX/UI activities in projects•****ion and application of suitable UX Design methods and tools for individual projects•Management of external UX/UI design development partners and agencies in coordination with the Head of UX/UI Design•Participation in the adaptation of UX/UI methods and tools to changing requirements from internal processes and working methods, partly in coordination with Head of UX/UI4.Works closely with design teams throughout concept and realization phase to implement UX principles and UI specification for SDMI projects•Moderation of UX design workshops with stakeholders within the ****work of general guidelines•Support definition of requirements in product TSR for UI/ID•Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the product user interface and experience•Works closely with Software Engineering to identify and implement feasible solutions•Collects market feedbacks regarding UI related topics
