职位描述：我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、结果导向的资深软件测试专家，主导智能驾驶调度系统的质量保障与测试体系建设。您将带领测试团队，负责系统测试策略制定、测试工具建设、自动化测试落地，以及跨部门协作，保障调度平台在复杂交通场景中的稳定性与可靠性。岗位职责：1. 测试策略制定与落地：根据产品架构与业务场景，设计全面的测试策略（功能、性能、稳定性、安全性等）。2.测试流程管理：主导测试全流程，包括需求评审、测试用例设计、执行、缺陷跟踪与回归验证，推动质量闭环。3.自动化测试体系建设：搭建并优化调度系统的自动化测试框架，推动 CI/CD 测试流水线建设。4.调度场景模拟与验证：组织构建真实交通调度仿真环境，设计复杂调度场景与极端用例，覆盖各种边界行为。5.团队管理与培养：负责测试团队的人员管理、能力提升、工作协调和绩效评估。6.质量风险把控：推动质量数据可视化，识别高风险模块并进行提前介入和专项测试。7.跨部门沟通协作：与产品、研发、运维等团队紧密合作，确保交付质量与效率。任职要求：1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业；2.5年及以上软件测试经验，25年以上团队管理经验，有调度系统/智能2驾驶相关测试背景优先；3.熟悉软件测试理论、测试流程与主流测试工具（如 JIRA、TestRail、Postman、Jenkins、pytest 等）；4.熟悉分布式系统、调度算法、实时任务调度优先；5.具备自动化测试框架开发经验，了解至少一种脚本语言（Python / Shell / ****）；6.良好的分析能力与问题定位能力，具备推动复杂问题解决的能力；出色的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神，抗压能力强。加分项：1.有车队调度、物流调度系统、智能网联/Robotaxi/自动驾驶背景；有测试平台建设经验，推动过企业级 CI/CD 流水线；2.熟悉开源地图、仿真测试工具（如 SUMO、CARLA、ROS 等）；3.有参与安全/可靠性/容灾/边界场景测试的实战经验。
