职位描述：1. 对接内外部客户需求，组织各方进行项目评审； 2. 制定并推进重卡换电设备或其他起重搬运设备的开发、采购、生产、调试计划； 3. 组织换电设备的物料采购、跟踪及零部件的生产外协； 4. 组织产品的总装、调试、发运； 5. 组织换电设备的出厂验收； 6. 跟踪管理项目过程，识别风险，及时预警，策划，应对； 7. 执行相关人员培训及审核，为现场提供资源支持。 职位要求：1. 机械、材料、车辆工程等专业本科以上文凭； 2. 5年以上商用车主机厂、起重搬运机械、重型机械等相关产品企业技术、工艺、生产管理、质量管理、项目管理工作经验； 3.  能够阅读机械、电气原理图纸； 4. 了解焊接、油漆、机加工、装配、电气安装等生产工艺过程等知识，并具有一定的质量管理经验； 5. 具备较强的人际沟通能力； 6. 较强的抗压能力与韧劲。
