岗位职责：1.算法开发与优化：负责自动驾驶系统中的路径规划、运动规划等核心模块的算法研发，覆盖港口道路、泊车等场景设计高效、安全的轨迹生成算法(如Lattice Planner、Optimal Planner等)，解决复杂动态场景下的实时规划问题，优化算法性能，提升系统应对Cut-in、拥堵、狭窄道路等长尾场景的鲁棒性； 2.跨模块协同：与感知、预测、控制模块紧密协作，构建闭环规划系统，确保规划结果符合车辆动力学约束，参与系统级仿真与实车调试，推动算法在量产项目中的落地； 3.技术攻坚与创新主导复杂技术问题攻关(如交互博弈、不确定性场景决策)，探索深度学习(如强化学习、模仿学习)与传统规划算法的融合方案；跟踪学术前沿(如CVPR、ICRA顶会论文)，推动规划技术的迭代升级。 4.团队赋能：主导技术文档撰写、代码评审及架构设计，制定团队开发规范，指导初中级工程师，提升团队整体技术能力。岗位要求： 1.硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、车辆工程、机器人学等相关专业； 2.5年以上自动驾驶规划算法开发经验主导过至少1个量产项目规划模块交付； 3.精通主流规划算法(A、RRT、EM Planner等)及优化方法(QP、非线性优化、凸优化)熟悉车辆运动学/动力学模型，掌握C++/Python，熟练使用ROS/ROS2、Apollo等框架； 4.具备大规模场景仿真及实车调试经验，熟练使用CARLA、VTD等工具链； 5.深入理解ISO 26262、ASPICE等车规标准，熟悉功能安全开发流程； 6.逻辑清晰，责任心及抗压能力强，能快速定位并解决复杂问题；加分项:英语熟练；具备机器人运动规划(如机械臂、无人机)或游戏AI路径规划经验；熟悉高精地图、定位模块的技术细节及接口规范。
