岗位职责：1. 负责自动驾驶相关的行为决策、障碍物预测、路径规划等算法的研发和工程化实现；2. 协助负责自动驾驶汽车规划系统的研发、调试和测试工作；3. 协同感知、定位等团队进行系统集成调试和实车验证；岗位要求：1. 具有3年以上自动驾驶或相关领域工作经验，有带挂卡车或多自由度底盘自动驾驶规划与决策算法开发经验者优先考虑；2. 精通 C++、Python 等编程语言，具备良好的编程习惯和代码优化能力，能够熟练运用数据结构与算法知识进行高效的软件开发；3. 深入理解机器人运动学、动力学原理，熟练掌握轨迹规划和优化算法和决策算法（如有限状态机、马尔可夫决策过程、强化学习等），并能根据不同底盘特性进行针对性的算法设计与优化；4. 熟悉自动驾驶系统架构和开发流程，有丰富的自动驾驶系统集成与调试经验，能够与多团队协作完成复杂系统的开发任务；5. 具备扎实的数学基础，熟练掌握线性代数、概率论、优化方法等数学工具，能够运用数学模型对带挂卡车的行驶行为进行精确建模与分析。加分项：学习、应用、研究过以下领域算法中的一项或多项者优先：1.车辆或机器人行为决策，对手车或行人意图和轨迹预测；2. 轨迹规划、路径搜索、路径平滑；3. 采样算法、优化算法；4.状态估计、控制、系统建模、强化学习、机器学习、模式识别、端到端。
