1.客户沟通管理积极沟通并协调处理与业主、监理、分包商和行业主管部门的合作关系；建立有效沟通机制，确保工程项目的正常推进，并组织完成客户侧的验收；2.现场管理(1)全面负责项目总体规划与项目现场实施部署计划的制定，以及项目现场的部署执行、运维、测试、试运行、安全以及质量等一系列管理工作；(2)负责项目实施过程中的现场部署、功能测试、联调测试以及客户培训等工作；(3)负责协调并解决现场部署调试过程中出现的各类问题并牵头制定和落实解决方案；(4)通过合理地调配资源，实施日常工作中的组织、计划、指挥、协调、管控、鼓励等职责，确保现场项目质量和项目进度等目标能够按时保质地被实现；(5)组织并监管各阶段工程的竣工验收工作；3.与相关国内团队的沟通管理(1)严格遵守国内公司相关规章制度，包括人力，费用，行政等，并定期汇报；(2)建立良好的汇报机制，使用jira，confluence等工具将现场状况以及问题及时汇报给国内相关团队，并跟踪管理；(3)协调现场资源满足国内研发团队对于新功能/研发提测类需求；职位要求：1.本科以上学历，机械，车辆，电气或软件等相关专业；2.3年以上项目管理工作经验，有自动驾驶或项目管理工作经验者优先考虑；3.了解项目管理基础知识或接受过项目管理培训，有较强的沟通能力与组织协调能力4.中文母语，并能够熟练使用英语/西语，与当地员工和客户进行顺畅沟通。5.有较强的随机应变、沟通洽谈、知识传授及组织管理能力，踏实勤恳，执著敬业，富有团队精神6.接受长期出差海外
