岗位职责：1、深刻理解业务及组织，把握招聘需求，为公司持续引进行业优秀人才，协助公司战略落地。2、负责公司各部门职位的寻访，面试，offer，入职等模块全流程管理。3、高效使用各类招聘渠道，包括招聘网站，内推，mapping，定向挖猎等。4、负责招聘相关项目，如高端人才挖猎，面试官赋能，人才库运营等。5、分析招聘数据及漏斗，提升招聘有效性。任职资格：1、1年以上招聘相关经验，有甲方招聘背景+乙方猎头背景人员优先。2、统招本科及以上学历，学习能力强，有接受新事物和不确定性的基本素质。3、刻苦，上进心强，把工作当成事业，追求极致。4、有较好的招聘逻辑和方法论，对业务和组织比较敏感，能快速摸清行业的基本情况和发展。5、亲和力较强，让候选人感受到专业度和人性化。
