职位描述:1、负责制定和实施汽车及其零部件的测试方案,包括新产品的整车及零部件测试、试制验证、问题解决等工作。2、组织车辆道路实验,对车辆的动力性、制动、平顺性、可靠性、经济性进行测试与研究。收集和分析测试数据,撰写测试报告。3、识别故障,进行根源分析,并与设计团队协作解决问题,根据实验要求完成试验准备、实施与结论分析,向相关工作人员提出可行性改善建议。4、建立测试规范和技术体系文件,组织设计开发阶段与生产验证阶段的质量控制工作,对测试过程进行控制和规范管理,确保测试活动的顺利进行。5、参与新产品试制计划的制订和试制方案的论证工作,参加技术交流会议和技术培训,配合部门领导开展其他相关工作职位要求:1、本科及以上学历,具备流利的英语交流能力,车辆工程、电气工程等相关专业背景;2、具备相关专业学习经验,了解测试方法及各类的测试标准3、熟悉整车网络架构,熟悉CAN通信协议和J1939通信协议,熟悉Vector、 PCAN或周立功CAN分析工具的使用。4、熟练使用相关软件绘制电路原理图,熟练使用车辆电气测试相关的仪器5、具有良好的动手能力,良好的沟通技巧,具有良好的团队合作精神,能够合理处理工作压力,适应出差和现场解决具体问题
