职位描述：1.图像相关算法的研发，包括但不限于目标检测，OCR，行为分析等；2.负责数据集的构建，标注，模型训练和效果评估，推进流程的自动化，效率化；3.与产品和前后端配合，推进工程化部署和性能优化。职位要求：1.211硕士以上，计算机/电子信息相关专业，良好的数学基础特别是矩阵；2.会目标检测，图像分割，OCR中至少一种；3.会用pytorch，能写C++和python，熟悉传统图像处理例如去畸变，对比度增强。加分项：会点云处理，3D检测，cuda编程(能自己写核函数)
